Select your "Country" using dropdown menu
Select your "State/Province" (only relevant to the US and Canada) using dropdown menu
Select "Type" of the number using dropdown menu
Click "Search" button
Click "Refresh results" button if you want to refresh search results
Choose the number you want to buy and Click "Buy" button

📝NOTE: The cost of the purchased number will be added to your monthly plan, and any calls made through this number will be billed according to your plan
📝NOTE: If you've entered your country but it shows "no data", we are not supporting the numbers for this country right now.
📝NOTE: If you've entered your country but on phone finding, it shows "No numbers were found", we are not supporting this phone number right now.
2️⃣.1️⃣ Advanced search
You can access advanced search feature by clicking "Advanced search" button

Advanced search allows you to search for numbers containing specific digits at the beginning of number, at the end of number, or anywhere in number. You can hide advanced search settings by clicking "Hide advanced search"

3️⃣In the Operating Hours page, you will set your operating hours and voicemail.
📌Under operating hours, select one of the options:
Always
Specific times
When connected agents are available
👉Click "Next" button

📌Under the voicemail settings, select one of the following:
Upload an audio file- to upload a voicemail recording
Voice transcript- to use EasyCall’s automatic transcription service
👉Click "Next" button

4️⃣In the "Call Forwarding page", here you select an agent or department that will be linked to this phone number and to which calls will be redirected. If your phone number is out of working hours, or your agents, calls will automatically be forwarded to voicemail.

⚠️ WARNING: Also, make sure that the working hours match in the agent profile that is attached to the widget.
5️⃣In the "Additional settings" page, enter a name for your number.
Customer call timeout (in seconds) - after what time the call will be forward to the voicemail.
👉Click "Next" button

💡TIP: You will be redirected to the "Phone Numbers" page and be able to view and edit your number
