The EasyCall dashboard is a page where you can check specific data from your working space. In this short guide we will show you how to work with it.
Here the list of main sections on this page:
Benchmarks section
Active now/Agent online status section
Call Performance section
Latest activity section
Benchmarks section
Total calls section - here you can check the total calls number for the last/specific period of time.
Average call duration section - here you can check the average call duration for the last/specific period of time.
Voicemails section - here you can check the voicemails number for the last/specific period of time.
Average call abandoned time section - here you can check the average call abandoned time for the last/specific period of time.
Average wait time section - here you can check the customer's average wait time for the last/specific period of time.
Filter section - here you can set specific date or select the period to check the data.

Active now and call performance section
Active now/Agent online section - here you can check who is online now to receive the calls, you can also click on your agents icon to check the data about him/her.
Call Performance - here you can check the the call performance data like answered calls, missed calls and outgoing calls. You can also filter this data.


Latest activity
In this section you can check the latest data about you calls by widget/phone number. Here the list of data about the calls you can find her. (source, date, direction, from-to, agent, duration, status, call recording and voicemail)
