Connect a Payment Method | EasyCall Web Call Center

In order to make and receive calls with EasyCall, you must have an active subscription plan, with a payment method connected.

When you haven't selected a subscription yet, a warning banner will show up on your dashboard on every login to EasyCall:

Connect a payment method

Navigate to the billing page either by clicking on the red banner or by clicking Billing under Settings:

In the billing page you will be able to view and manage your plan and payment details, but on your first visit to this page, you will see a lot of blank data.
Under Current Plan click Change

In the popup that opens, choose the plan that best fits your needs by clicking Select Plan for the relevant plan:

In the popup that open up, enter your country and any other relevant details such as your Zip code (details might change for different countries):

Next, select your payment method: Credit card / PayPal

Please note- if you have a Shopify store connected to your EasyCall account, your default billing will go through Shopify, and you will be redirected to your Shopify admin to approve payment.

For PayPal, continue to log in to your PayPal account and complete the payment
For Credit card payments- enter your card's details and click Save Card

Your payment card will be processed and a success message will show up on the page

Once you chose the plan and added a payment method, the warning banner will disappear.
