When you connect EasyCall to your Shopify store, you have two options:

Create a new EasyCall account- simply install EasyCall from the Shopify app store and follow the registration proccess
Connect the store to an existing account- allows you to manage a few stores and websites in a single account

Connect a Shopify store to an existing EasyCall account

Login to your EasyCall dashboard, and click your account name on the top right corner
Click Add new Shopify store

In the popup that appears, enter your store's myshopify URL and click Continue

You will be redirected to your Shopify admin, to install the app, in this stage click Install app

Once the app is installed, you will be redirected to the app's page within Shopify, click Login to EasyCall.io to connect the store to your account

In the EasyCall login page, enter your credentials for the account you'd like to connect the store to
Once you are logged in to the account, you can navigate to Settings > Account to see the new store connected

Voicemail available

Automatically close tickets for answered calls

Setting up the integration

For example, a call from the US to Ukraine will cost you 0.540/min while to Spain it will cost 0.099/min. The estimated price you can always check before making any call on the EasyCall widget.

Incoming calls - these calls include both, widget calls and calls from the business number. The price per minute is the same here as mentioned above.
